Kitchen
September 2021
This small galley kitchen was not only dated and out of style, but it was awkward to move around and work efficiently. By relocating the sink to the opposite wall and moving the fridge out of the doorway, the working space is more in sync with cooking. Opening up a wall to add a island at the living area allows for more entertainment interaction.
Basement Master bath
August 2021
This basement bath was a DIY project by the previous homeowner. The ceiling height at 7' is short for a shower. By digging the shower out, expanding it lengthwise, and adding a free standing tub and a dual vanity, the space makeover is a much more modern and cohesive feel for a master bath.
Guest Bath
October 2021
The guest bath at 35SF of space was updatd with a vessel sink on a small floating vanity and wall faucet. The shower was given a makeover with a frameless shower door that makes the space feel larger, and 12x24 white tile floor to make the space feel larger.
